Rental brokerage agreement

An agreement between the seller, buyer and DREEM. It sets out the reservation terms, reservation fee and deadlines for signing the purchase agreement.
Rental reservation agreement
An agreement between the landlord, prospective tenant and DREEM. It sets out the reservation period, rental terms and commission. A draft lease agreement is included.
