The commission is not for posting a listing. It is for a managed process from pricing and presentation through offers, contract coordination, and handover.

Managed sale fee

2% of the achieved purchase price + VAT

Minimum CZK 130,000 + VAT

The commission covers the full sale run

No commission upfront.

The DREEM fee is payable only after a successful closing. You do not pay for simply publishing the listing.

Coordination through handover

Legal escrow is included in the price. We also coordinate contracts, payments, land registry, and handover; notarial or bank escrow and special services are paid separately.
